LIFE UPDATE: Overcoming Anxiety, Healing Traumas, and Embracing BLNCO

Life behinds the scenes: I'm doing all in my power to feel free. My therapist broke up with me, I'm totally committed to BLNCO, I'm working through old traumas, and I'm still trying to look cute through it all. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: anxiety will hold you back.

For the first time ever, my anxiety made sense to me after my therapist shared this list with me. Cognitive distortions [are internal biases or mental filters that increase anxiety and make us feel self-conscious.] Everyday activities that you may carry out without even realizing it might cause anxiety, dysphoria, or sadness. Look at this

So today, i wanted to try Something different, because i feel like everything that holds you back is usually those idea or feelings that keeps you feeling caged, like you shouldn't do what you actually want to do. When you try something different, you feel different. (Paradigm shifting) I'm going to continue to focus on doing things i love, remembering to breathe and trying my best everyday.

It was also just The Scorpio Full Moon in Lunar eclipse, we wont see that again until 2031!! The universe is doing things. BUT back to the update; aside from that, I feel that all of these changes in my life have occurred because you must let go of the past and face the present in order to actualize your desires. If you can't move past it, you must endure it. To truly progress, one must learn the lessons of life and uncover new facets of oneself.

Life has been so great to me otherwise, everything i manifested is already here or on its way. I think this is also an imporant reminder that you need to take time to focus on yourself sometimes. If anyone takes that personal, it is what it is because at the end of the day, you never truly know what someone may be going through behind doors. So just like how you need to be patient and kind to yourself you need to extend that compassion for others.

NEWS: I've been putting a lot of effort into finishing some special projects I've been developing for you guys while also writing my book. Although anxiety is a part of this trip, over the years I created strategies and actions I use to reduce it on a daily basis. I will soon release these strategies to you all, and I sincerely hope they have the same positive effects on you as they did on me.
